TESTA ROSSA was a favourite with racegoers and had a brilliant career that netted twelve stakes wins and close to $3 million in prizemoney as well as the tag of Champion Australasian 3YO Sprinter. He won Group One races from 1000m to a mile.

He has proven a remarkably versatile sire producing stayers such as Derby winner Testafiable and sprinters the calibre of Vormista. A relatively young sire he has already produced over 180 winners and 16 stakes winners of over $13.8 million.

Dam/Family Information

This filly is a half-sister to two winners including the Melbourne winner RED SILK. They are daughters of the dual stakes winning Mister C mare ASCORBIC winner of the time honoured Edward Manifold and Quezette Stakes.

Ascorbic's sire Mister C is a successful son of Danzig whose most prominent performer is SUPER ELEGANT - a winner of 16 stakes races. Mister C has produced the dams of at least 138 winners including stakes winners LOML, SMYTZER'S TRISH, FLAMING, DANCE THE WAVES, STELLA ARTOIS etc.

This is a prolific winner producing family that includes BERBERIA (5 wins $315,850), CHATANOOGA (14 wins $752,425) etc.
